The Allora Autumn Festival will host over 50 market stalls, food vendors, artist exhibitions and demonstrations, carnival-rides for the family, jumping castles, balloon animals, entertainment and a new mini-music festival in P.L Travers Park.
2021 will see the Allora Community Circle work with Wild Sage Collective, who will bring you the Autumn Laneway Dinner on Friday night, April 30th @ 5:30pm before the festival on Saturday. A 3-course dining experience, catered by Wild Sage Graze and accompanied by selected wines from ‘Between Two Rocks Winery’. Entertainment by Nash will be provided into the night as you sip on seasonal cocktails. Tickets are available from Eventbrite. With limited seating, you will need to get in quickly. (As of upload these tickets have sold out)
Saturday morning from 8am will see Herbert street transformed into a festival wonderland. Markets lining the street, buskers entertaining passers-by, along with so quirky characters who join us every year. There will be a mini-music festival held in the park from 8am until 3pm with local artists performing in the gazebo. Bring a picnic blanket or a chair and grab a bite to eat from one of the local cafes and sit and enjoy the sounds of ‘Kathyn the Band’, ‘Selwyn Sharp’, ‘Carla Bures’, ‘The Free Radicals’ plus many more. A set-list will be available on Facebook and via signage in the lead-up to the May 1st Festival.
Busking down Herbert Street throughout the markets will also be taking place along with Local Band ‘Phil Crook Trio’.
We would like to invite everyone to come and enjoy a day out in Allora. It’s truly a fantastic family event, bringing together many community groups, local business owners, creators, and performers who all make this day possible.
