Tom Potts explains why he love his job.

“I have worked for Endeavour for almost 20 years. I like working for Endeavour Foundation because I get to meet new people. Endeavour helps me to earn a wage, and afford things that I like to buy. I work 3 days per week. I like working at the Waste Facility because I get to see interesting things, and I like to work out what they are. I also like to go for drives in the truck to meet new people when we collect the recycling from shops” – Tom Potts.
