Ironside Industry owner Diba Heinrich says she is excited to announce the next level of development for the popular Warwick-based fitness centre with the launch of ColdFire Recovery Rooms

– a wellness extension to the existing gym.

ColdFire Recovery Rooms are a brand-new section to the existing gym incorporating Flotation Therapy, Chromotherapy, Contrast Therapy, RedFit Room and Normatec Compression Boots. 

Born from a desire to make every body feel welcome in a judgement-free fitness centre setting, the gym’s relaxed and welcoming atmosphere has been a welcome addition to the Southern Downs fitness scene since it opened its doors in November 2019.

Diba says of their journey to date, “It’s been an incredible journey of growth and we are so fortunate to have a membership base that has become like family. We are very grateful for their continued support.”

Back in 2020 when a pandemic shut down the world, the business pivoted to offer equipment rentals and in early 2023 the gym not only expanded its footprint with the addition of two new rooms, but also partnered with the BiteRite App to bring an exclusive nutritional partnership to the Southern Downs. A shipment of brand-new equipment also made it to the front door in March, which further expands on the gym’s reputation as a world-class fitness and strength training facility.

It is with this entrepreneurial approach to service delivery that Diba and husband Ben identified a need in the Southern Downs market for wellness services that go beyond the gym.

ColdFire Recovery Rooms are not just for the gym goers and athletes – it is recovery zone for every body with the service being open to non-members too.

Whether we realise it or not, our bodies are impacted daily by noise pollution, our lifestyle choices and stress. How we deal with these impacts is critical in determining our long-term health. It can be extremely difficult to unplug from the world to make time for recovery, especially if that time is further impacted by hours on the road to reach similar services in Toowoomba or Brisbane.
