We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Content/Features Writer to join the team at PR Media Solutions.
You will be responsible for producing interesting local editorial content for People N Places Magazine, a monthly full colour gloss lifestyle publication on the Southern Downs Qld. The role will involve writing feature stories, lifestyle articles and advertorials as well as brainstorming new content. You’ll work with the team to create high-quality, accurate and rich content that aligns to the overarching brand and content strategy.

What we are looking for:

a collaborative team player with experience in lifestyle media, deliver high quality editorial content to tight deadlines.
-
excellent writing, grammar and editing skills, organisational skills, time management and an interest in a range of topics, including art, sport, nature, health, home design etc.

The ability to thrive within a fast paced, deadline driven environment with minimal supervision.
You may be assigned stories, but for the most part you will be required to come up with and pursue unique story ideas yourself. You will be required to meet with clients and community members so good communication skills are a must.
