Warwick has a new home for wellbeing and recovery, and it’s unlike anything the region has seen before.
SolHaus Recovery & Wellness, founded by locals Ben and Diba Heinrich together with Nat Richards, has officially opened at The Factory Precinct, 145 Victoria Street. This purpose-built wellness hub brings together science-backed recovery therapies and holistic wellness treatments, offering a complete wellness experience under one roof.
“SolHaus was created from a place of lived experience, knowing what it feels like to be burnt out, disconnected from your body, and unsure of where to go next to feel whole again,” shares Diba.
“In creating SolHaus, we envisioned a space where it caters to the things we craved when visiting other wellness spaces. From there, we created a space that feels grounding, nurturing and allows people to fully immerse themselves in self-care.”
SolHaus offers a thoughtfully curated range of treatments designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing. Guests can enjoy floatation therapy, where they float effortlessly in a salt-infused pod to relieve stress, ease muscle tension, and quiet the mind. The centre also features infrared saunas with patented Solocarbon technology, an ODIN ice bath for cold therapy, and an integrated salt cabin offering halotherapy to support respiratory and skin health.
For targeted recovery, guests can book remedial massage therapy with Nat Richards or Sonja, who has just joined the SolHaus team as a Remedial Massage Therapist. Nat specialises in remedial and pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, dry needling, and cupping. “Massage isn’t just about easing tension, it’s about helping people reconnect with their bodies,” says Nat. “At SolHaus, I see clients leave lighter, calmer, and more in tune with themselves. That’s what real recovery looks like.” Sonja brings a fresh perspective to the team, specialising in remedial, deep tissue, and relaxation massage, combining technical skill with a nurturing approach to help clients release tension and restore balance.
The centre also offers NormaTec compression therapy, lymphatic body roll massage machines, and IV drip therapy, administered by health professionals from The Laurels Aesthetics & Wellness.
Grand Opening Celebration
